Absolutely recommend My blind 80 year old uncle was admitted to hospital and needed but didn't want me to change his flooring. My only option was to get 14 year old carpets revived which i thought was asking the impossible. Well how shocked and ecstatic was I too walk in after the clean to find 14 years of dropped drinks and food amongst other stains gone and the whole flat looking refreshed. I asked the impossible and you aced it I cannot Thank-you enough It looks and smells amazing and cost a fraction of what new flooring would have!!! Now please come and do mine i need that magic in my house

I’m extremely pleased with the service from A & K Carpet Cleaning. An amazing job was completed within the estimated time, and Stephen was extremely professional throughout. He clearly takes great pride in his work, and the results were excellent. I would highly recommend his services and will definitely be booking again in the future.

Brilliant customer service and my carpets look like new again. Can’t recommend enough.

Brilliant service. Our sofas and carpets look amazing after the clean. Great price, excellent communication, and a helpful confirmation message the day before. Friendly, professional, and reliable. Highly recommend!

I had my carpets deep cleaned yesterday by Stephen from A&K Cleaning, and he did an absolutely fantastic job. He didn’t rush at all and took his time to properly deep clean the carpets in our 4 bedrooms, dining room, lounge, stairs, landing and hallway. He worked non‑stop for nearly four hours with his state‑of‑the‑art carpet cleaning machine, and the results are unbelievable. Our carpets are 8 years old and had multiple stains that I thought were impossible to remove. I had honestly lost hope, but Stephen brought them back to life and they look brand new. He is hardworking, friendly, humble and very professional, and he explains the whole process clearly and answers any questions you have. I strongly recommend Stephen if you want your carpets professionally deep cleaned. I’ll definitely have him back soon to clean our leather sofas, and I’ll be using him every year for carpet cleaning.

Really happy with the carpet cleaning, 5 bedrooms, 2 flights of stairs and 2 landings! They managed to fit me in at short notice, arrived exactly when they said they would and were professional and polite throughout. Everything was left clean and tidy and the carpets look so much better. Really pleased with the results and would definitely recommend! Same again next year for sure!

Steve arrived promptly. I showed him the areas that needed cleaning and after a coffee he set to work. 2 bedrooms had quite a lot of stuff for him to move as I couldn’t a short landing and stairs with a large multi coloured American rug. Everything looked exceptional, the rug like new. This has to be walked over by everyone on entering the house I had forgotten how bright the colours were. I would use him again and recommend him to others.

What a brilliant job you did on my carpets and suite, looks like new. A very respectful courteous and professional person, will definitely use your services again, will highly recommend you to other people

Found Stephen accidentally on Facebook. Came a couple of days later. Arrived on time. Did a great job cleaning carpets in master bedroom, lounge/diner, hall, stairs and landing. 👍

Steven came out today and completely transformed our carpets. My parents are downsizing and before they sell the house they wanted to give the carpets a freshen up after 20 years! We have four jack russels and two under 3 boys- as well as the house being a ‘party house’ when me and my sister were teenagers- so there was lots of marks and stains. I wish I’d taken before and after pictures because we are so happy with the results. Steven was punctual, friendly and very efficient! We had four double bedrooms, hallway, stairs and lounge cleaned- and the results speak for themselves. 5️⃣🌟 service and results.

Absolutely brilliant service and removed all stains from a toddler worn down cream carpet! Stephen did an amazing job and always does his absolute best to get every stain up! It’s wonderful to see cream carpets again and no stains. I have used cleaning carpet companies before but nothing compared to the pride taken in how A&K do it! Really recommend

I thought there was no hope of any cleaning the carpets that were left by the previous owner. He was an indoor smoker of weed and cigarettes. The carpets were vile … yellow to black on the edges and stank to put it mildly. After an eye water quote from Tapi to replace for £4500 I saw the advert and the results were amazing. I booked an appointment and let Stephen do his magic … but I was doubtful…. Until I saw the results myself. I couldn’t believe how Stephen transformed these carpets! The stairs bedrooms and landing will last a fewmore years and the stench has gone. We will have to replace lounge in due course but the stench no longer lingers. The transformation is incredible! Stephen you delivered on the hottest day! We can’t recommend you enough and thank you enough. Superb results!

Stephen cleaned our sofa and carpets after N extension. So impressed with the results. Thank you

Very good communication, carpets cleaned very well and fast drying. Excellent service.

Thank you for coming and cleaning our carpets yesterday! Friendly guy & did wonders with our carpets that have been trashed by two kids and two dogs!! The house feels so fresh now! Will 100% use again!

I recently had the pleasure of using AK Carpet Cleaning, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. With light carpets throughout our home and a couple of pets our carpets had accumulated quite a bit of dirt, and there were a few incidents that left lingering odours despite my best efforts with store-bought cleaners. Stephen treated the areas of particular concern and now the carpets look clean and smell fresh. The service was excellent and the pricing fair. Highly recommended !

Great service really flexible and good communication. Carpets came up well.

We had our bedroom and stair carpets cleaned as well as an IKEA rug in our living room last week and I have to give 5 stars! We had a few tea stains, and life with three children leaves all manner of marks on rugs, but they're now looking amazing! The whole process was quick and easy, and the kids were allowed to watch the process, which they loved! Not only that, Stephen was really friendly and so professional. We'll definitely have everything cleaned again in the future to keep the carpets looking fresh!

Great communication from start to finish . Was on time very polite and did a fantastic job on all the carpets look like new again . Would highly recommend will be using again Thankyou .

Had my sofa cleaned and he did a brilliant job! I’d forgotten my sofa was shiny 😂
