I would highly recommend this company. The communication on booking and leading up to the day was really good. Stephen was punctual and did a fantastic job on my three-piece suite. It looks like new. He was thorough and spent a good few hours doing the job. He cleared up all his tools etc really well and there was no mess at all. Excellent value for money.

I had a very pleasant experience from A & K Cleaning, Stephen was very fast to respond to our online enquiry, then promptly came to the property for quotation. He is very polite and has great communication, offering services at very competitive prices. The carpet cleaning we had Stephen carry out was brilliant, the carpets look very refreshed and clean, there was some staining from general wear and tear, but he got rid of it. Excellent service, will not hesitate to contact Stephen before anyone else in the future for carpet cleaning services!Photos attached are of the carpets post cleaning and how fresh they looked (sorry didn't have any before photos). The carpet in the 1st photo however had loads of foundation makeup stains where a bottle went over, couldn't see any staining at all afterwards!

Had Stephen do our stairs and bedrooms and two rugs last Friday. He is a very polite and tidy worker. Our carpets are 11 years old but still came up much better than expected. The rugs that are 3 years old, look like new. Reasonable price too. Would recommend.

After our dog decided it was too cold and used our sofa as a toilet, we had to get it cleaned after we had not been able to get rid of the smell. 72 hours later, we had the sofa cleaned and looking like it had straight after being delivered.
