We had A&K cleaning at our place on 27th March to clean our 3 bedroom property. we are quite impressed with the attention to details and the patience they had to work on the carpets. Highly recommend for anyone looking for high quality job. such a difference it makes when you have a provider who isn't in a hurry and does a quality job.

Our carpets are cream, 6+ years old, we have pets and they were looking tired, stained and dirty. Stephen was friendly, professional and very thorough. Following the clean our carpets now look refreshed, clean and stain free. Getting them cleaned has definitely helped to prolong their life.

Stephen did a great job of cleaning a sofa and a couple of chairs, one of which was a family heirloom covered in a beautiful velvet that had sustained several years of greasy, sticky, fingers from a toddler who liked to sit in it and watch tv with a snack! It’s now as good as new and we’re thrilled. Stephen was a delight and very professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

The booking was to the dot even though it was done 1 month in advance, they were very flexible even when I had to move out the booking when I was busy. Arrived on time and the work took as was estimated.

I would highly recommend this company. The communication on booking and leading up to the day was really good. Stephen was punctual and did a fantastic job on my three-piece suite. It looks like new. He was thorough and spent a good few hours doing the job. He cleared up all his tools etc really well and there was no mess at all. Excellent value for money.

Stephen worked so hard on our two sofas, after 4 years of babies and toddlers abusing them. Amazing results and frankly a way better value service than the Castellan rip off they flogged me with the sofas. Would use again for sure. Stephen is really polite and friendly and did a great job.

I had a very pleasant experience from A & K Cleaning, Stephen was very fast to respond to our online enquiry, then promptly came to the property for quotation. He is very polite and has great communication, offering services at very competitive prices. The carpet cleaning we had Stephen carry out was brilliant, the carpets look very refreshed and clean, there was some staining from general wear and tear, but he got rid of it. Excellent service, will not hesitate to contact Stephen before anyone else in the future for carpet cleaning services!

Photos attached are of the carpets post cleaning and how fresh they looked (sorry didn't have any before photos). The carpet in the 1st photo however had loads of foundation makeup stains where a bottle went over, couldn't see any staining at all afterwards!

Great professional service.

Had Stephen do our stairs and bedrooms and two rugs last Friday. He is a very polite and tidy worker. Our carpets are 11 years old but still came up much better than expected. The rugs that are 3 years old, look like new. Reasonable price too. Would recommend.

After our dog decided it was too cold and used our sofa as a toilet, we had to get it cleaned after we had not been able to get rid of the smell. 72 hours later, we had the sofa cleaned and looking like it had straight after being delivered.
